Assort Health, an AI startup that automates patient communication for specialty healthcare practices, has raised $50 million in a Series B round, reaching a $750 million valuation, according to sources. The round, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, comes just four months after its $22 million Series A.

The company’s AI voice agents handle high-volume tasks, from scheduling to FAQs, freeing up human staff for more complex patient needs.

The deal follows a wave of recent healthtech funding: EliseAI ($250M Series E, $2.2B valuation) and Hello Patient ($20M Series A, $100M valuation).
